The movie centers around Nina, a young, unmarried waitress at a Mexican restaurant who finds herself pregnant and without work after coming in late several days because of morning sickness. Jose, the restaurant's chef, is taken by Nina's plight and becomes her sole confidant. Jose helps her walk through her decision on what to do with her pregnancy. In the process, he bears secrets from his own mysterious past, which reveal his tenderness and passion for her and the child she is carrying.    hide

This movie has definitely earned its five stars.I cried many times, I highly recommend BELLA. Eduardo is magnificent in great, epic movie. EVERYONE NEED TO SEE THIS MOVIE!

A wonderful story about the beauty and significance of a single life. This is the best one I've seen in a long time. Beautifully written...very creative...and the cinematography was awesome. Great message without being in your face with it. I loved it and will definitely own this DVD.

This movie is a powerful anti-abortion message, not by saying a woman has no right of choice, but that she should make the right choice, and understand that she will live with that decision all her life. Many of the most poignant moments come without dialogue, when the viewer understands the conflicts within each character. I stronly recommend this sleeper.

Beautiful, 5 stars, I can see why this movie has won so many awards, cinematography excellent, script wow, music gotta buy it, am ordering a dvd right now! Exactly what going to the movies is supposed to be, invigarating, thought provoking, relaxing, feeling, thinking!!!wond erful, can't wait to go back and see it again. And will bring the teenagers!
